"Jenny is seriously the best! She always goes above & beyond caring for our fur babies (2 cats & 1 dog), giving them lots of love & attention. Before we met Jenny, our one cat would always pee in the house when we went away. Since Jenny started to pet sit, we have not had that issue! She sends updates and pictures showing how everyone is doing as well, which we really appreciate. We can tell from her photos just how happy our puppy is to spend time with her. Additionally, she brings our trash cans up on trash days, brings our mail in, makes sure the water bowls are full before she leaves, and is always willing to do more if needed. We are so happy & grateful for Jenny & the amazing care she gives our pets."
"For most animal lovers, our fur babies are much more than just pets. They are family. With that being the case, speaking only for myself but maybe others can relate, I am an absolute basket case when it comes to wanting to guarantee our pups are in good hands when we go away on vacation- so much so that not feeling completely at ease could make or break said vacation all together. Jenny came to my family highly recommended by my aunt and it was the best decision we have ever made using Faithful Friends. To speak to the extent Jenny goes and her genuine love and willingness to take care of her “clients”, our older pup is about 7 and has always been incredibly anxious particularly during thunderstorms. While we were in Florida this past week, a huge storm came through and not only did Jenny make sure to monitor its progress to ensure our pup got his anxiety medicine in time for relief but when the power went out, she went out of her way and far past the time she was paid for to bring over battery powered lights and set them up around our home to get the animals through the power outage most comfortably. She sat with both our dogs for a while giving them lots of love before heading home to her own family sending pictures and updates the entire time. I can not say with more certainty that my experience was incredible and our family LOVES Faithful Friends Pet Care and will continue to utilize their services in the future ❤️"
"Wow! 5 stars all the way! Jenny has been a real help to me in the past. Whether I need to go away for a couple of days or for an extended stay, she has tailored her time to my needs. Very very reliable and trustworthy. Her protocol is to leave a daily report on behavior/appetite and forwards a "pic of the day" depicting my pet's visit with her...very reassuring to know they spent time together. Two thumbs up and I plan on using Faithful Friends whenever I need alittle extra help with my furry friend. Thanks!"

"Our cat Stella is a fussy little thing, 5.5 pounds of love and shyness, afraid of her shadow. Stella did not do well in the first place we boarded her while moving to Pennsylvania. We found Jenny and Faithful Friends just in time for our first vacation in a long time. We were away for a full week - and had pictures of Stella and notes from Jenny about her efforts to get to know Stella. No worries about our pet at all. We came home to a healthy, happy cat and have never boarded her since. We recommend Faithful Friends strongly to anyone who wants to keep their pet at home and in familiar surroundings."
Jennifer’s Faithful Friends has made going on vacation actually fun. I always carried that sense of dread simply because I hate leaving my pets. Jennifer’s care has enabled me to actually enjoy the moment and relax. Everyone’s so calm and happy on my return I know they feel the same way. They love when I leave now! Faithful Friends is reasonable, responsible and a delight to work with.
